SATA-IDE set up on ECS P4M800PRO-M

I need some input on setting up this board with an IDE drive as the OS drive and 2 SATA drives in a raid 1 configuration. The BIOS has a field in the CMOS utility set up called ON-BOARD SATA-IDE with a choice of disabled, IDE, or RAID. Which is the correct choice to achieve this set up.

OS will be XP Pro.

I'm reading the manual at work and haven't had a chance to build the system yet.

What your looking at configures tye southbridge so you want to set it to raid if you want it to operate in a raid mode. Then you need to set the boot order to boot the IDE drive and possibly there may be boot other device option that needs setting.
