this one looks promising, but the price is a bit high.
1. Not all laptops are created the same. You might try listing the model that you have
2. Most laptops don't have extra space for any adapting. They're designed to be as thin as possible.
3. $20 for an adapter that would work in your situation is cheap.

Good choice! Gateway lappies use a caddy that has a very close fit - no room for any adapter.
