SATA Drivers with new system install?

I am currently builing my first system with an SATA drive. I just remembered that I might need SATA drivers. I did not order a floppy disk drive for this new system. I just received the ASUS A8N-SLI PREMIUM board. The drive should arrive on Tueday with the rest of my new rig.

Any ideas on how I can install XP PRO with SATA drivers?

1) borrow/temorarily add a floppy drive to the machine to install the sata drivers during text mode setup

I am trying to recall if you do need to specify the drivers on a nvidia based board for sata mode, I do know you have to for raid.
