Not sure if I should be worried or not but how 'tough' are the power and data SATA connections on SATA HDDs? If one pushes the power and data connectors on to a HDD is it easy to damage these by pushing too hard?

They are not tough at all, way to delicate. I have already broken off the data tab on a hard drive. Have to send it away to get the data off it.

I didn't break it hooking it up but unplugging it when I had opened up the case.
