SATA CDrom and 4 SATAII HD setup issue

I am changing my system from 1 Sata Cdrom and 2 RAID HD's and adding 2 more HD's to creat RAID 0+1. si am now having is as follow's; Since all 4 SATA HD are SATA II I want to run them on the NVida Sata connections. and run the cdrom on the SIL connection. The problem is that when booting I can get into the Nvida RAID setup with no problem but it never sees the CDROM. I act's like if you have RAID running on NVdia then you can not use the SIL connectors. Before I had the 2 HD's and SATA CDrom on the Nvida connectors.

Does anyone know how to get the SIL to see my SATA CDrom when using all 4 NVdia slots for RAID 0+1.

I am using Bios F6
