Sata Cables

I've got an antec truepower 430 and it has SATA cables on it... should i plug them AND a molex to my sata disk or just one and what difference does it do?
 
Plug ONLY ONE connector. I say use the sata cable since it gets a little diferent power consumpsion (lower) and easier to plug/unplug.
