Sata Cables and Power Cords?

I am somewhat new to building a whole system from Sata.

Do I need to order a separate power cord for Sata drives? or will they plug into an Antec Earthwatts 380?

I am planning on getting an extra Sata cable, but do I need some type of power converter cable for the power supply to a sata hard drive?

Do I need some of these? Or do drives usually take the older style 4 pin direct from the power supply?

Does your PSU have any SATA connectors on it? Also, a SATA hard drive should come with a SATA power cable.

I am going with the Antec Earthwatts 280. Just read it has 4 SATA's so I will not be getting extras for now.
