SATA Cabes?

Cool! 🙂

Also last thing Can I plug my SATA2 hard drive into to any SATA port on the mother board and get SATA2 speeds? Or are there connectors for both SATA and SATA2?

No. There are two standards for SATA controller speeds; 1.5Gb/s (150MB/s) or 3.0Gb/s (300MB/s). If your drive is "SATA2" (or more specifically SATA/300) you'll need to make sure the ports support that speed in order to get that speed. If you plug a SATA/300 device into a SATA/150 port, you will not be able to get SATA/300 speeds.

Make sure you know which ports support what speeds.
