SATA Boot Priority Question

Does anyone know of an Intel-chipset motherboard, with an integrated SATA controller, that allows one to allocate two SATA drives to the boot priority? For example, if two SATA drives were installed in removable racks, the BIOS could first try to boot from SATA1, if it's not in its rack then it will try to boot from SATA2? Apparently no Intel brand boards can do this. Thanks in advance.
