SAT scores

A good score?

Since 1400 used to be pretty good back in the day, I'd say a score >= 2100 would be considered a good score.

always as high as possible. SAT is an aptitude test, you can't increase 200 points in a month or two.

So wrong

so very, very wrong

people study for the test, which is why i hate it so much(IMO this might as well be cheating). it's supposed to test your actual abilities, not how much you can cram in a month or two before.

with a little help, the princeton review took my score from 1100 to 1380.

they teach you the tricks of the test...once you know the tricks, anyone can get a good score...this was obviuosly before they implemented the writing section of course

i did well - 1390. Got a $75,000 scholarship to the school I wanted and am also headed for my PhD. I'd say I made out pretty well 🙂

Got a 1250 in 6th grade. Never took it again tho. Took the ACT in high school and fell asleep on the science part, so ended up with only a 29.
