Does it realy make a differnce which one you take when colleges see the grade? Because the Math IC is much much easier and if doesn't really have an affect which is chosen I might as well take the easier one.

If you're applying for engineering, take the IIC.
As for the IC being easier, depends how you look at it. Because it's easier, people get better scores on it and so the "curve" is much higher. A 790 might only be the 95% for instance. Since the IIC is more difficult, people get worse scores and so the "curve" is much lower. A 790 on the IIC might be the 99%. I actually did much better on the IIC than the IC when I was in high school. I suggest you take them both and keep in mind the percentile as well as the score.

ehhh...it really depends. I missed like 20 on math IIC and got like a 670 and I only missed 3 on Math IC and got a 730. If you plan on taking Math IC, you better plan on reading each question very carefully. I have friends who got 800s on Math IIC and only 700s on Math IC.

I got 800 on the Math IIC myself, it seemed really easy. It was only 91 percentile or so...
If you take any of the Math C SATII exams, make sure you know how to use a graphing calculator REALLY well. A TI-89 can probably solve most of the problems in there on its own

IIC is MUCH harder and requires really good knowledge of Trig. I learned the hard way that good Calc skills don't mean good Trig skills.

when i took it 3 years ago...it was. You had to cover up the IR ports though...
