I took a SAS course in undergrad about years ago. Dont really remember much about it, but I still have my text book, and I have a job interview coming up soon where much of the work is pertaining to SAS. I am reading throught he book, and it kind of just jumps in. I need to know where I can get the software to practice on. Anyone know exactly what I will need, and where I can get it? Cost?

You are welcome.

(Hopefully all this will bump up the thread to someone who CAN answer the question)

SAS sells their own books that come with some trial version of Base SAS which is most of what you'll need to pass the first exam, I think they are around $70-100.

For quick reference, I have a book called "The Little SAS Book" by Lora Delwiche and Susan Slaughter that I use if I've forgotten the syntax for a proc or something.

I love SAS and use it everyday.

Edit - I'm not sure what job you are applying for but you're probably not going to be able to fake your way through it by just knowing how to merge datasets and simple things like that.
