When I joined the platoon we didn't have any fancy schmancy tanks, we had 2 sticks and a rock. And we had to share the rock with the whole platoon.
 
I live in Canada. We don't have any tanks either. And I think we had to cut rocks out of the budget this year too.

Don't think there are many terrorists here either, just a lot of snow and penguins.
