Nah!!! Of course she didn't. But the trump camp did!

President Donald Trump's son-in-law and senior adviser Jared Kushner reportedly asked Time Warner executive Gary Ginsberg to dump 20% of CNN's staff, due to its supposed faulty analysis in the 2016 US Presidential election, the Wall Street Journal reported Friday.

Citing people familiar with the matter, the report said that the meeting, held earlier this year, took place after Kushner was displeased with the network's coverage during the election cycle.

Ginsberg reportedly replied to Kushner that Time Warner, CNN's parent company, would not be able to do that, sources told The Journal.

The Journal continued that, according to a White House official, Kushner was merely making a point, and did not mean to be taken seriously.

Kushner reportedly filed complaints to CNN executives on a regular basis during the campaign, and was particularly displeased with its fact-checking, which, according to The Journal, prompted Kushner to call CNN president Jeff Zucker to say that members of the Trump campaign would not appear on the network.

Sarcastic misdirection, even when it is obvious, is best reserved for the body of your OP, and not in your thread titles.

Came in here to bash the shit out of crooked Hillary but now I have to figure out how this is a good thing.

Lol I was just about to write something about she must face consequences..

edit : and I can see I am late to the party.

I can't wait to see Jared go down, I only hope they have something on him that Trump can't pardon, NY finance violations.

I'd like to hear Kushner's case for how CNN's "fact checking" was so poor during the campaign. I can't recall the Trump campaign ever directly challenging any media outlet over its fact checking.

Jared has been a very very busy fellow dovetailing for financial gain the Trump Family's political agenda and the Trump Family's business dealings. He's recently been seen in Saudi Arabia just days before the purge of royals began.

What a coincidence.

"reportedly"
"Citing people familiar with the matter"
"according to a White House official"

The same typical bullshit story that we continue to see coming out of the establishment media. Unnamed sources, no facts, no news, no actual journalism, just a nasty little hit piece with no named source cited. Give them an "F" for journalistic integrity.

People are saying, I've heard people talking, really smart people are saying, many people are saying

I'd agree with you regarding nearly any other Politician (there are a few exceptions) however Trump humps those sayings so much it's not unfair to use it against him

Oh its different when trump does it because he's not a journalist who's industry has standards. Taj trust white male politicians which is why he never questions them.

Nope, you're welcome to give Trump an "F" in journalistic integrity also. Hell, your'e even welcome to give Fox News and\ "F" in journalistic integrity at times. I'm not the one pretending that they are unbiased sources.

Yet you take anything bad about Clinton with zero facts, sources, etc.

Oh please! Like Trump you would call your own eyes a biased sourced if they told you something you didn't want to believe. Your credibility is <0

Biases exist in all of us, even among (as they're called across the pond) newsreaders. But overall they don't allow their biases in when expressing something newsworthy, even at Fox (although Fox anchors express the biases of the news writers - I don't see that on the regular news of other stations, unless truth now counts as opinion).

Opinion "news" is different (Maddow, Hannity-what happened to Colmes?, etc.), but that is why it's so attractive; it appeals to our brains' wiring about us vs. them. That's not to say that there isn't some useful information to be gleaned from those opinion pieces.

One question I have is, why did Greta Van Susteren and Megyn Kelly switch sides? Was it purely for opportunity, or did they do some soul searching?

My credibility is fine as far as the people I care about. You? No one cares about you.

Your credibility with the people you care about?

You do realize that bias is not the same at accurate or trustworthy, right?
