Palin's American History X

As in she got an X for getting it wrong...

I really think that she wants to run for President, but realizes that the media will chew her to bits and thus she is not going to run.

She makes a great cheerleader though.

I like how they added "and we were going to be armed." at the end behind free, I am guessing to add a little gun nuttery to Palin, even though in the video she doesn't say "and we were going to be armed.", of course you can ALWAYS count on that piece of shit site "Thinkprogressive" to lie and distort anything.

Well, some "piece of shit," to use your words, is lazily attempting to, "lie and distort" here. Maybe you should get off your lazy attack ass and better check your facts before you throw around your wrong-assed accusations, eh?

You are once again owned by the FACTS.

How would you know if it did, given the likelihood of you having ever read Kos is nearly zero?

http://dailykos.com/

Be careful- it might burn your eyes out, or even worse, pollute your precious bodily fluids...

Best save them up & keep them pure for the inevitable dream encounter with the Sarah!...

Only in your dreams, of course... and only in the dreams of America's goofiest Righties does she have any business commenting on anything more meaningful than how to microwave a hot pocket...

Dude, I read the KOS, Media Matters, HuffPo, as well as watch MSNBC and Maher. The only way to truly understand the opposition is to pay attention to them. Something many people seem to not understand and they think 30 second clips from YouTube and a Wiki search makes then an expert on the other side of the political spectrum.

Sheesh. Everybody knows that facts have a liberal bias & therefore can't be trusted, particularly the worshippers of Sarah!

So I'm the master of the obvious.

Well, she may be stupid, but she's already achieved far more than either of us ever will. And somehow this woefully ignorant woman commands the national spotlight where ever she appears, and drives liberals into a babbling frenzy with nothing more than a smile.

Wish I was that stupid.

So, you praise the guy who pretended he'd dressed as a pimp and Geraldo Rivera for having fame too?

I don't see liberals much go into a 'babbling frenzy', I see them correctly, passionately object to the problems that lead her bad policies having such a spotlight.

That's some of the point of pointing a problem with a political system - bad leaders.

IMO, she's nothing but a self-promoting con person who is an ugly 'new rich' milking the system for all she can get, willing to use anything, any bad policy, that helps her.

For example - besides her absurd bus painted with American symbols having nothing to do with her - not just any politician would say the major party's nominees 'likes to pal around with terrorists' simply because it is useful for stimulating the worst parts of America to vote for her. But she was happy to do so - there are many, many examples.

Any Palin thread just helps her in her mission to sell books.
That is all she wants. Sell, sell, sell those current and future books.
Think of her current bus trip as the giant "sell my books" tour.
We see through you... Sarah. Ka-Ching!

Palin is a former beauty pageant contestant and this is just another classic beauty queen flub. She's paid to strut her body on stage, bat her eyes, and say all the things people want to hear just like any ho in a stripper bar. The more titillating the better and exactly how much is actually her and how much the persona is anyone guess.

Blow me cock boy, they should have run the whole video if they are going to quote the video and not leave out part of what they quote.

You've had vacations for this sort of personal attacks before so take another week off.

Ms Palin is talking to the GOP base.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Maybe that is exactly the Palin problem, because her base is only 1/4 or 1/3 of the GOP.
And its in that segment where we find the religious right, the Tparty types, that make a lot of noise, but have little appeal to the more ration larger segments of the GOP.

Its my opinion that Palln is likely to run for Prez next year, but still who knows.
I have long said Palin could transform herself into a viable candidate, if she really took the time and effort to study up on politics and public policy. And she is clearly too lazy too.

Which will make Palin's mouth her own worst enemy, as she inserts her foot into her mouth at every opportunity.

Anything said right now by anyone running for 2012 GOP POTUS nomination is directed to the GOP base. Mr Trump's brief popularity in the GOP polls point to this.

So do Paris Hilton, Kate Gosselin, and Kim Il Jung. Please tell us what personal qualities of theirs you wish you possessed.

Uh, this ignorant but ambitious dullard offends thoughtful conservatives and most every reasonably intelligent and informed non-idiot teabagger in America.

Based on your post, I'd say you may have already gotten your wish! ;)

Everytime she opens her mouth some Dem is saying "please keep talking, please keep talking", and know what? They're right to do so :D

She's the single greatest "supporter" of Obama out there in spite of the fact that's not her intention.

Gawd I love irony.

You are, you just don't look like a Slutty Teacher or Airline Stewardess. I can assure you if she looked like a giant beet faced Amazon nobody would pay any attention to her, especially Republican Men who fantasize doing her in every which way but loose.

I'll take their ability to make money hand over fist just by doing a little song and dance for the cameras.

I beat up a hell of a lot on the Dems these days, the main reason being they are where the buck stops and I think there is a whole lot of reasons to do so. That said I'm unimpressed with the Reps who seem be the political equivalent of a clown car. Lots of people running around but little to recommend them. At the top of that list I place Palin.

What many don't seem to realize is that it's not what liberals think of her. They may not like her for reasons logical or inane, but what does matter is that she's being taken seriously by many in the Republican party. That will lead to division and they will be easily conquered. This will continue as long as Palin continues to painfully insert herself into the public eye.

Now I appreciate a village idiot as much as the next guy, but if the Republicans were to find the greatest minds on earth and put them in a room with Palin, who would get the attention? The village idiot of course. That's why she's the greatest aid to Obama out there. He has to say or do nothing as long as she aids him by attention whoring.

If the republicans ever got their act together in a constructive way, had someone with the intellect of a Buckley, and a plan which would win them overwhelming support at election time, we'd still have Sarah, the village idiot.

Her support WILL make the republican nomination. She's a king maker.

I'm having trouble understanding why William Buckley would need her approval. Independents aren't interested in platitudes, false promises, flag waving or anything else. Certainly there are those of us who will fall for them, but most of the people I know in real life are looking very hard at the options. I expect a candidate to at least know basic American history and have a grasp of international political dynamics at least equal to my own. Right now I feel that's not the case with many out there.

I know there are too many Sarah Palin threads already, but I couldn't resist this one. Apparently our favorite Half-Governor has decided to one-up Michelle Bachmann on American History. On her "One Nation" tour in Boston, she was asked about Paul Revere and drew upon her vast knowledge of Americana as she answered:

"He who warned, uh, the British that they weren't going to be taking away our arms uh by ringing those bells and making sure as he's riding his horse through town to send those warning shots and bells that we were going to be secure and we were going to be free and we were going to be armed."

Politico blog link with video

As I have posted before, those who do not learn from history are destined to lead the Tea Party. Good luck to the Republicans if she somehow nabs their presidential nomination, and my condolences to her constituents if she ever again holds elective office.

LOL!

All this means is that she is as well, if not more, qualified to be President as our current fool, Bobo, the Post Turtle.

I think her actual base on the right is much smaller than most people think. Granted I live in the wrong part of the country, but I have never met a Palin supporter in real life.
