SapphireTech 8500LE flickering problems

I am having a very annoying flickering issue with ATI OEM SapphireTech 8500 LE video card. The monitor flickers once in a while for a few minutes.

The refresh rates are 75Hz and the drivers are the latest and greatest. The mobo is A7V333. I checked the monitor with another system and made sure it is not a monitor issue. FYI monitor is Sylvania F97.

Is there any user who uses this card having a similar issue?

i ahve the same flickering problem with my oem radeon7500 too, any one know how to fix it?

Are you guys using Sapphire's own driver?

For Sapphire oem Xpert2000Pro, it must use Sapphire version driver, even cannot use ATI's reference driver.

I don't think it is related to the brand. I have an 8500 128MB that flickers on the second monitor. It seems to get worse during high cpu usage. Both of my monitors are @85Hz. my brother-in-law has the same problem w/his 8500 64MB. Both of pur cards are built by ATI.
