Not a bad deal, $15 more at newegg. ZZF reseller ratings have dropped a lot lately, so, in my experience, don't expect this to ship anytime soon.

Well the thing that makes this a good deal is the fact that it comes with Rainbow Six: Vegas, which seems to go for like $40 by itself, so you have to take that into consideration. If you planned on buying Vegas and a new video card anyway, then if you think of it like that you're getting this X1950 Pro for ~$110.
Also, from what I can tell from newegg's listing of what looks like this card, it is HDCP compliant.

Thanks! In for one. it should be HDCP ready as the Manufacturer SKU: number is the same in newegg.

Rainbow Six Vegas has an unfinished multiplayer with a total lack of admin controls or stability (both host and client). Read the UbiSoft RSV PC forums and you'll see that people have been wanting a patch for the past month and a half but hasn't gotten one yet. Not worth paying an extra bit of cash if you can get another card with same specs without R6V for cheaper.

Who cares? The game's free and they'll eventually make a patch, besides it's still a great deal.
