sapphire watch face... can i replace the one on my watch with one?

just bought a seiko kinetic at a factory outlet store... $212, i think it was a pretty good deal, they're selling for 230 on ebay. anyways... i'm wondering if i can get the face replaced with a sapphire crystal one... the last watch i had got pretty scratched up. i would go back and exchange it, but i looked on seiko's website and didn't see any kinetic / sapphire ones that i liked.
