Sapphire vs Powercolor Radeon 9700 Pro Boards

Which is better, and what're the diferences?

I hear the sapphire is quieter... But it's freaking huge. My issue here is the 65 dollars. Is it worth the extra 65 to go Sapphire?

they're videocards... i bought whatever i could find
ended up with a Sapphire card.. cheaper than OEM ATI brand.. i am sure both will work just fine... get the one that costs less IMO unless you have heard alot of bad things (doubtful)

I have the PowerColor and it has very cool packaging. The board itself is pretty much the ATi reference one, even having an ATi logo on the fan.

Does the PowerColor come with the BIOS unlocked for OCing?
