Sapphire vs. ATI

Just a quick question about card manufacters. Is one really better than the other. I'm going to purchase an x850xt here shortly and not sure who to go with. I think Sapphire is actually making the board for ATI this time around. Is there any other selling points. Thanks

it's really just warranty ans customer service. also some have better coolers. BFG is a good company but NV only and quite loud but cool soolers.

Sapphire support is only so-so. I sent in my 9700 Pro for a RMA (Next Day Air, mind you) and it's been three weeks now and I'm still waiting...

The big difference (besides Sapphires apparently lower quality RAM) is warranty:

Built by ATI = 3 year warranty

Powered by ATI (Sapphire) = 1 year warranty (+$15 for RMA return shipping)

You choose which is better... (Not tough, is it?)
