SAPPHIRE TRI-X R9 290X(New Edition) Vs. SAPPHIRE TRI-X R9 290 OC?

Hi not sure what to get....From what I gather the 290X has a custom PCB(Does this matter) and a tad more power? Is it worth a 40 dollar difference? Whats the deal with the new edition also?

I don't plan on OC'ing myself.

Nice, looks like the new version could potentially see better OCs. Only issue is they probably won't be able to take reference water blocks.

I have the new edition Sapphire TRI-X 290X. Runs quiet and cool even when OC (with +3% power) to 1100 MHz GPU and 1400 MHz memory.
