If you want something better than on-board video, but don't need gaming, then this is probably about as cheap as it is going to get (at least without involving a rebate).

Are these refurbished? I click on the card to enlarge the image and it gives me some bold red print about how not all original components being included with the refurbished versions.

Still, it's a good deal out the door without any rebate hassle.
