Sapphire Radeon 9800 Pro OC results!

Well, I have to say, im DAMNED impressed by this card. It's using stock cooling, Omega 3.6 based drivers, and no other mods. Thus far I have hit 400mhz core!!!! And 355mhz memory. No heatsinks etc. I have a Zalman ZM80HC on the way, SVC screwed up my order and sent me the lower model. Hopefully I will be able to hit 405/360. BTW my 3dmark 03 scores are now in the 6400 range. Up from 5700. All in all, im very happy.

you can even get higher with better cooling
from what i read, some say it can do 430 or maybe 450
so good luck

I run my retail BB ATI 9800 conservatively @ 440/350

I'm running my 9700Pro 405/340 but I had it stable with 412/355 but I always downclock a bit from the highest stable speeds

The only mod I've made is replacing goop with AS3 and removing the shim. Anyway I have a Zalman 80HP lying around, are they better coolers than retail Radeon HSF's? I just thought they were quiet!?

Some people say the zalman is better if you have a fan blowing on it.

Well then maybe I should try it out considering I have a Xaser 3 which is a pretty breasy case...
