Don't take advice on this from Nvidia shills/fanboys get it from someone who has Crysis and 7970 crossfire. I'd get another 7970 if I were you and if it really doesn't work well (which I'm pretty sure it will) then return it to the shop/etailer.Please do feed back on your experience !

Newegg won't return without the card being defective or they charge a restock fee. I may pick another up in a month. Still not sure. I'll try crysis 3 out soon and figure it out.

Alright first impression, damn! lol. What a huge difference.

The only problems I have experienced is that its getting very noisy with 4 fans spinning.

Havent tested much, but here is a first test.

Yeah, I'm impressed with the Performance. But it's just way too noisy, even at stock speeds without overclocking. :(

Have enough air flow into the case?

Maybe take off side cover and see if you can tell if fans slow down some while gaming.

Check fan speed in trix or ccc. Mine is not loud at all. I hear it playing games but not like you describe. I use fans on auto but maybe try a custom fan curve.
