sapphire 9500 pro vs ati 9500 pro, whats the difference?

Just wondering if there is any difference between the two brands. Sapphire manufactures the cards for ati, but is there a performance difference between the two? This was discussed before in another thread but nothing conclusive was decided.

Also are there two types of sapphire cards, atlantis or regular or are all sapphire card called atlantis, I am specifically talking about the 9500 pro models?
