I think there is no difference? Both stock clocks, stock memory, stock cooler and no aftermarket PCB design. Go with the cheapest?

Maybe the cheaper one doesn't have the DiRT 2 coupon?
 
Ended up ordering xfx5850 from ewiz. I'm not one to upgrade often so i wanted the lifetime warranty. Hope I made the right choice! Thanks to those that responded.
