I have a xps730x i7 965 and would like to buy one of these cards. Can someone tell me what the difference is bewteen these two cards. And would this make a nice improvement from a 9800gt. Monitor is 1900 by 1200. Any other recommendations are welcome!

I think there is no difference? Both stock clocks, stock memory, stock cooler and no aftermarket PCB design. Go with the cheapest?

Maybe the cheaper one doesn't have the DiRT 2 coupon?

Ended up ordering xfx5850 from ewiz. I'm not one to upgrade often so i wanted the lifetime warranty. Hope I made the right choice! Thanks to those that responded.
