Well, Ritz Camera has 4-packs for $12, but I want a deal like Wal-Mart apparently had where after rebate, the Rayovacs were less than $5/4-pack.
For those that don't know what these are, they are NiMH batteries that hold a significant amount of their charge even after 1 year of shelf life (70% or more). "Normal" NiMH batteries have a large self-discharge, frustrating digital camera owners in particular who grab their gear only to have the camera shutdown after a few shots.
These give all the benefits of NiMH in camera and flash usage (more shots in high-current draw devices) with the benefit of long shelf life. The drawback is that they have a lower capacity (2000mAh for Sanyo, 2100 for Rayovac). Also very useful in things like game controllers that use AAs.
