So I was looking online for the Sanyo Denki San Ace fans and found an ebay auction selling a San Ace 109P1212H1011.

I was wondering how it differed from the San Ace 109R1212H1011 found here.

There's actually a store that has the 109P1212H1011 in stock:

Or so they say anyways. Their shipping is pretty ridiculous.

Can anyone shed some light on if these are the same fans or how the P and R version differ?

NO EBAY LINKS is the ebay auction for the P version, I went ahead and bought it, figuring I could sort through the details later.
 
That letter stands for the frame material. Pretty sure R stands for resin, while P stands for plastic - you can look on the SanyoDenki site to find out for sure. Other than that, little diff. I may have one of the 109R1212H1011 left but since they are so scarce, I'm not selling for that low a price.

That makes sense, I figured since it was only one letter off the difference had to be pretty small.
