The original topic was dead from the start, as there is no such thing as a non-Islamic Sharia. Sharia is Islamic Law. It would be like saying Apples are the vegetable of the fruit world. Apples are not vegetables.
 
Very simply, I pointed out your erroneous usage if the noun "human" and you objected as though I'd used the adjective "human" - a confusion of yours I indicated pages ago and you've been unable to remedy. I can only surmise that it us because you lack the intellectual capacity.

Not at all. You are still claiming humans do not have a fetal stage of development by claiming that a human fetus is a different species from those who are in the infant stage and beyond in human development.

You do not answer the question of what species is a human fetus because you know that a human fetus is part of the human species and therefor is a human. You are caught in your own failed logic and simply ignore what you cannot answer.
 
Can you demonstrate that God is necessary for the existence of angels? I can certainly conceive of a world with angels but no god without a logical contradiction, so good luck with that.
 
It does not follow that from the fact that the species of something is human that the thing is therefore automatically a human. That its precisely why I chose my answers to you question so deliberately, because I knew of your false assumption.

Clearly you are out of your depth. Also, my place us getting ready to land so I'll likely be offline soon. Seeing as how you're clearly a glutton for punishment I figured it was courteous to let you know when the abuse would resume.

Not correct, since Sharia is Islamic Law, Judaism definately does not include or follow it. Also, the religous courts of Judaism cannot be held until/if we are able to find an unbroken line of religious judges. Right now, no such line exists (or has been verified).

This is a common thing Christians believe (minus the hippy part 🙂 ), but it is also not true. Jesus said he did not come to destroy The Law.

Basically, Jesus paid the penalty so that the punishments for violating The Law would no longer need to be received. The Law still applies to those it has always applied to (decendants of Israel and those foreignors who agreed to be bound to it). It is just that the two hills explaination of the blessing and the curse no longer apply...the curse has been lifted, leaving only the benefit.

Forcing others to observe all of your religious beliefs is wrong. It doesn't matter at all if it is written down in your holy book or you make it up as you go(i.e. Christians). Making it up as you go might even be worse because there may be things you might not see coming.

I would have to agree, although I do think that abortion should remain a personal decision (even though I don't agree with it). The rapist's child did nothing to deserve being killed.

The birth control thing is stupid. If you don't want a kid that's the time to stop it; its like conservatives want to punish people that have sex without the express intention of producing a new human being which is fucking stupid as at 7 billion there are enough to go around, already.

The gay marriage annulment thing is just vindictive, spiteful and cruel.

And the porn thing is just LOL, good luck with that rick without shutting down the internet.
