Sansa Clip 8GB

I have the 2GB version of this player and it is great for running, gym ratting, etc. It's a compact player that has many features and sounds great. At this price, it can't be beat. No video, but for 49.99 you can't get a better deal on a name brand and 8GB.

Enjoy!

I also have the 2GB version and love it. I'm sure it was more than $50 for it at the time I got it. I record books from cds on it and they always come out great. Holds a charge forever.

Good find! I paid about the same price for the 4GB version about a year ago. Like others said it is great for the gym and I also connect in my car through the line in on my deck and that also works well. The battery seems to last a long time for such a small unit.

I am thinking about getting this. Should I jump on this or get a 34.99 4g refurbished one from www.buy.com. What do you think?

The one online is silver..does it smudge much?

I would get the 8GB for $15 more personally. It's got a better warranty, and is double the capacity for very little more in cost. Call ahead to make sure the price is the same @ your Wal-Mart.

Also gonna highly recommend this player. It is simply *the best* compact MP3 player on the market. Awesome battery life as well. Even after a year of regular usage, my 2GB clip will play for more than 20 hours.

Checked the Wal-Mart here in Clairemont and Mission Valley (San Diego) and they didn't have any. I think the sales person I asked just didn't have a clue as all she/he could say was..."if we don't have it displayed out here then we don't have it." Shrug. I have the 4gb and love it but would like to get the 8gb for the storage.

This player has good sound quality and the clip makes it very convenient to carry it around. I've since dumped my Zen and Zen V Plus players for this little guy 🙂
