OOS online....though it looks like you can backorder it. May still be available for in-store pickup if you have Office Depot stores in your area.

My local store was OOS in black, had some left in hideous pink at the same price. The clerk said they ran through their entire inventory (about 10) yesterday in the first day of the sale.

I've backordered one online to pick up in the store (no delivery charge). Online says it will be available tomorrow, we'll see.

I've had several Sansa models, and generally like them -- but some of the "Clip" sized models have a serious drawback for audiobook listeners. Often when you put more than one "folder" of files on it, (more than one book or music album), the system won't give you access to all the files. Check the Sansa user forums for more on this, or feel free to post a workaround, but this flaw makes some Clip models unsuitable for my listening needs.

I ordered one and it rang up 0.00, said something about oos now but can order for later....I think they bill when they ship, shipping date said june 12th, hope I get one , my old sandisk I set something on it and the display went out, still plays fine though. It was an odd shape, like the looks of this one better.

I have tons of folders on mine, and it works fine.
Are you thinking of the correct player?

I did not say that THIS model had "folder issues" but just that SOME Sansa Clip models have them. Here is a sampling from the Sansa users forum showing just how common the problem is: http://forums.sandisk.com/sans...bmitted=true&q=folders

Posted here only as a warning since some people who shop for players might assume that all Sansas are basically the same, give or take the obvious storage and display differences.

I love my Sansa 200 player for audiobooks and anything else with folders, but *my* 1-gig Clip just won't handle them.

They still have me back ordered but you go to the web site and it shows available for 39.99, the person on the phone said web site has wrong information about them being in stock. I guess they were going to charge me ten dollars shipping but waved it since it has been so long. I remember this deal as being free shipping also? Am I wrong here.
