No, Intel lists three true quad core chips as ULV models. Yes, they would still use more power than a dual core ULV, but they do exist.

Speaking of which, can anyone tell me why the x220T is nearly a pound heavier then the non tablet x220?

Probably the hinge/swivel portion is super beefed up to take years (hopefully) of abuse).

The tablet screen is heavier and thicker. It has the wacom panel and whatever else it in. It also has a better display, which is heavier. It was also made to take some abuse. Try jabbing at your laptop screen with a stylus. :)

I have a x61t, which is also around 1lb heavier than the x61.
