Buckmaster,

It looks good, but how about some more info on your system and some other benchmarks?

For example:
What video card are you using?

How about a 3DMark2000 score? or QIII/UT bench?

Hey, cmaMath

I just built this system. Its not even my main system. Its just a backup PC. I wanted to build and O/C a AMD system since ive never done so before.

My AMD system:
Windows 98
K7T Pro 2-A
600 Duron @ 1.8V @ 1GHZ (9X Multiplier) (111-FSB)
FOP-32
128-PC100 Mushkin 2-2-2
Voodoo3-2000 AGP
Intel 10/100 PCI NIC Card
Seagate 3.8 GIG H/D
Generic 32X CD-ROM
BTW.. Im going to format another 5.1 GIG hard drive tonight and install Win 2000 and see what kind of results I get.

Ill even try and post my O/C P3 computer tonight when I get home, and download 3DMark2000 and run some benchmarks. I ran the Sandra Soft Burn in program and the system seems to stay stable at the 4 hours I ran it last night. If its any count.

Sandra 2001
Memory 543/621
CPU 3031/4474
Multimedia 6042/7349
3D mark 5714

Abit kT7
900 T-Bird @1080
Geforce DDR

Ok. I did not realize that was not your system.

I will download the Sandra 2001 bench. I did not realize it was avaliable.

What do you think I can crank the FSB up to? Is that really necessary?

My CPU Benchmark:

Dhrystone ALU 2839 MIPS
Whetstone FPU 1390 MFLOPS

My CPU Multimedia Benchmark:

Integer MMX Enh 5649 it/s
Floating Point 3DNow! Enh 6914 it/s

My system:
Win98
DX8.0a
AMD SLOT-A T-bird 700@1GHZ(10.0x100) 2.05V
MSI K7PRO w/ 1.7BIOS SuperBypass enabled
256MB CAS 2-2-2 RAM
V5 5500 @180MHZ

Life is good at 1GHZ...now if only I could run 3DMARK2000, and not just Sisoft SANDRA!!!

Paul
P.S.-if you think my Slot-A setup ain't fast here it is:

CPU Marks
CPU Multimedia

Duron 700@978MHz (8.5x115MHz) on an Abit KT7 (non-RAID):

Sandra 2000:
Memory - 562 ALU/653 FPU
Integer MMX/Floating Point 3DNow - 3335/4584

3DMark2000: V5500
4730 3D Marks

Claw57 sorry havent gotten back to ya but was that in 32bit color??? Also try the "Fractal Reactor" and just stand on the lower level backed up against the wall... Try different resolutions (800X600, 1024X768, 1280X1024, 1600,1200... in both 32 & 16bit color and with 16bots...max amount). Your Geforce2 card should perform very nice in 16bit color but will drop somewhat in performance after 1024X768 32bit color... (one reason why I switched to a Radeon 64 VIVO... did have a CL GF2 GTS 64meg OEM @240/410) Any which way your system is damn nice and has plenty of HP... and all the #`s look great and right on line... hehehe dont miss the 486`s & VLB video cards do ya...???
