Sandra memory bandwidth test issue...

Here's the issue:

When I do memory bandwidth and caching tests in Sandra, my results are BELOW the reference measurements. For bandwidth, the reference speed for an 865PE board running PC3200 at CL2 is about 4800MB/s on top and bottom (don't remember the categories). I'm coming in at 4300MB/s on top and 4400MB/s on bottom.

Here's my setup:
P4 3.2C @ 213Mhz FSB
Asus P4P800-Deluxe (856PE)
512MB Kingston HyperX PC3500 @ 2-3-3-7, 1:1 (400Mhz) (bought this RAM in summer of 2003)
Radeon 9800 Pro 256MB
LG 32x CDRW
NEC 3520A 16x DL-DVD-+RW
Fortron Source 350W with 120mm fan

I've tried running the memory at 2-2-2-5, but it fails to post (only taken the VDIMM up to 2.75, though).

Still, loose timing should create a 400-500 MB/s bandwidth lag, should it?

So, any suggestions? I'm stumped...
