I need to purchase a miniSD for my new mobile phone and I have 2 products to choose from, but which is faster?
1. Sandisk Ultra II miniSD 2GB SDSDMU-2048-A10M which has 10MB/sec read & 9MB/sec write

http://www.amazon.com/Secure-D...qid=1190782408&sr=1-10
$22.95 + $6.95 from BlueProton, but I'm afraid to order from BlueProton, an unknown name and can't find a physical address from their website.
2. Transcend 80x miniSD 2GB, does it mean its read/write speed is at least or up to 80x 150K = 12MB/sec?
or the 80x speed only refer to read speed, but the write speed is very slow? Any idea?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/...20208052&Tpk=TS2GSDM80
$35.59 + $4.99
Is Transcend miniSD really faster?
Thanks.
My Verizon XV6700 has only 64MB RAM and I think I'm going to use the miniSD as RAM if I'm running
memory hungry programs.
Do you guys think it really matter for a Smartphone device? Or actually I can get away with normal speed miniSD?
P.S. Just saw Verizon moving to GSM article. That's can't be true! I just bought XV6700 PDA phone!
