I think I saw some other ads for this over the weekend and it seemed like a good deal. Just remove the U3 software after purchase.

some do.. google u3 removal for the uninstaller

this is a better deal on a titanium 8GB

I got a Sandisk Cruiser at OM for $40 (16GB), and the autoplay thingy includes the U3 uninstaller. So I ran that, then I re-formatted the drive. No more U3! 🙂

If U3 still comes with a full version of Avast Antivirus, I'd say it's worth keeping... Avast lets you scan a computer (with the latest updates) from the usb drive..
