Really pisses me off, since I paid with my Paypal account, which of course they charge whether they have the inventory on hand or not. It's illegal to charge a credit card for items you don't have on hand to ship, it should be the same for charging through options like Paypal!

I hate buy.com, because I will wait forever for this order to get filled, months, and I'll never get jack, buy all the while they'll hold onto my money until I cancel. Jerkoffs...

I did, but the point is they shouldn't be charging me through Paypal for an item that they're out of and are throwing into one of their infinite holding patterns. I ordered a 256MB stick of RAM from them a couple of years ago, it was put on "surprise delay", 18 months later I checked their site and it was still in delay mode, and they still had my money! I think this is their way of getting your money and holding onto it indefinitely until you decide to give up and cancel. You don't see newegg or zzf pulling this crap, or amazon, only buy.com.

I guess there's a reason their Reseller Ratings are abyssmal.
