This is basically from the newspaper insert, but struck me as pretty good. Best Buy has a $20 mail-in rebate (apparently B&M only?) for these flash cards in addition to $20 "instant rebate." Price on receipt will be 69.99. PM w/AMEX BVG at http://www.moreaudiovideo.com/ or http://majorfusion.com/ , where they sell for $48. That will give you a combined $41.99 off the 69.99: total price $28.

By the way, tax will be charged on the $69.99 price, not the pre-"instant rebate" $89.99, correct?

Edit: above sites are down until April 1? CompUPlus has smart media for $48, CompUTrade for compactflash @ $49.

I used Blue with Athlon XP and Abit mobo..I got the "refund" within 2 weeks of placing the claim..this is great too..I picked this up last night not knowing about this deal..only sweetens it for me know...

<< I thought the price difference had to be at least $25 to use Blue price protection. >>

It's $10 minimum

So, we are buying this at the B&M and then PMing the receipt?

Btw. Those sites you mention are dead...til April 1?

You can also get a Sandisk 192 mb for 119.99 PM Amex to provantage.com for 89.99 and Get 30.00 back plus 40.00 rebate = 49.97 or there abouts.

Whad'ya think?

Sorry, they were active when I posted. Found them through PriceWatch.com. The 192mb is a very good deal--I just paid that much for a Viking 128 mb at Buy.com (no rebates, its true).

FYI, I ordered a digital camera through majorfusion.com a few weeks ago. the next day my credit card was charged, but as of today i still do not have a camera, and now the website is down. They did, however, credit my account back so I've got no beef with them.

Just thought ya'll would like to know. Moreaudiovideo.com is the same company.
