the gamecube combo looks intriguing.....
gamecube system
metroid prime
6" cable extender, nyko star pad, 12cd game case, RF connector (20$ value)

also i wonder if we can combine this to the regular "buy gamecube get a game free" deal.... if we can, this will make the deal extra hot ....

now, if only the ad is easier to read .... -(

edit: went to fry's and found out what their contents of starter kit actually are .....
the ad should actually say "save 20$" instead of 80$, since the game metroid prime actually comes free with the gamecube... i didn't try to reason with the sales rep, since i doubt they will let me have it (someone in the store tried to trade metroid with different game and didn't get it). oh well, guess i'll have to wait a bit again to get my gamecube .... -(

what about the Enermax case w/ Enermax 350w PSU for $59 ?

that looks quite hot to me considering the PSU is worth ~$40 alone....Just wondering if this PSU is good enough for overclocking a P4 setup ?

EDIT: This is a crappy Enermax PSU (worth ~$20 imo). It is a 350w Enermax but the +12v rail only has like 12A or something..

how are the maxtor 8mb buffer hard drives? are they better than the western digital? which are on sale for $1/gig for the 80 and 120 gig drives..

I wouldn't be sure that Enermax cases come with Enermax PSU's. I had a buddy get an Enermax case for the system I was building him and it didn't come with an Enermax PSU, just a no-name.

The ad is quite easy to read.

Just focus on the area where you want to see the details (e.g. - car stereo) and click on the item. A larger image of the item will appear on your monitor screen. Plus, the ad isn't made for tekkies who run their monitors at 1600 x 1280, but rather the home user who is running their 17" monitor in 800 x 600 mode.

<rant> If they just made the whole-page-ad a little larger, then I wouldn't have to zoom in on so many dud deals. :) They also seems to clip them whichever way they feel like. So, sometimes two horizontal ones, sometimes two vertical ones...etc </rant>
