Anyone here knows what the average price for a house in San Diego CA. And, what is the expected salary for a 10 years Senior Management Oracle Developer?

On the house front it depends the size and location that you are looking for but, a nice home in a good neighborhood will run you about 300K.

Houses are expensive here. It totally depends on where you want to live in SD, how many rooms, etc. I started out looking in the 300k range but ended up spending roughly 500k. You could probably get a nice house with 2-3 bedrooms in a pretty nice part of town for 250-300k.

Although I'm not familiar with San Diego's job market, I would think with that type of experience you could practically write your own paycheck.
