c'mon denver!! recover the ball... i dont care who wins, as long as its after 5PM (15 more min.) PST. im 2 miles away from the stadium, and i gotta drive up to vista to get home, wanna beat the traffic...

edit: ah crap, lt went ape**** and ate through denvers defense. 30 more yards. welp, lucky i got some new cd's to tide the time by in traffic...
 
christie missed 3 today. heh. at least he didnt do a jose cortez and actually kick the ball and then choke.
 
Alright, it was a good game. I'll hand it to the Charges, good team.

But......I think Denver made a mistake going with Buerlien (sp?) instead of Griese. I know Griese was hurt, but if he was able to be the 2nd string QB then he was healthy enough to play. Buerlien is too old, slow, and stupid. Too many times he made mistakes with his throwing or NOT throwing.

Still a good game.

Elam has been pretty lousy this year. A year or two ago that 53-yard kick would have been automatic for him. He has missed quite a few FGs this year that he should make.

I doubt he will be in a Denver uniform next year.
 
I really hope Richey get's cut. Today in the paper, he mentioned that the team needs to make room...so I wonder if he know's he's gonna get cut. I mean they took him out of the game yesterday and let Christie do all the kicking. We would be basically paying this loser to do nothing and make 500k a year in the process.
