I kinda want this one... Just looking for a compact point n' shoot with good zoom to take pics at the kids baseball & soccer games this spring.

The samsung is a pretty nice camera, and can be had for ~$110-120 on amazon

the panasonic zs20/25 are good choices too. amazon & bhphoto have the zs25 for $150 atm

it's kind of a shame that dpreview hasn't reviewed all of the samsung wb cameras, and they're missing some of the panasonic zs line.

just know that you won't get pictures like those taken from a dslr + 70-200 f/2.8 :p

a good way to find sample pictures is to google search: <camera model> flickr
just be aware that many of the particularly "nice" looking pictures are editted

Having that 18x zoom will be nice for baseball - I survived years with 12x, so the 18x will give you more leeway.

Learn where the 'sports' setting is - that will keep the shutter speed up (in bright light) you should have fewer blurry athlete photos.
