Hi all!
I followed recommendation in my earlier topic and we are getting a box Fedex-ed tomorrow evening with two t809 cell phones from Inphonic - one for me, other for my bro :)
So excited!

What hawt progzzz are there for Phone-to-PC? What can I do on it? My 1st phone ever :)

Oh, and there is going to be 24-hour torture: I will have to charge it 24 hours before using!

not a thread crap, but personally not a fan of the t809 , it was big when I went to look at it , at the tmobile store! It had some sweet features though, wish it was a tad smaller in width!

Really? I have had mine a few months and its working great. Size is fine and I just make sure that its not in the same pocket as my keys and it doesnt even have a scratch yet.

You have to charge it for 24 hours straight before using it? That's pretty odd...

Oh, and my Sony Ericsson W810i (unlocked/unbranded) owns your face! ;)

*sits pwned*

Not straight, maybe I'll unplug it if charger says "Charge complete"

Probably this is to make sure users charge it _fully_ if it comes without initial charge.

My firend has D807 and I have been envying him...till now. :)

slycat - I don't expect battery to last super long, plus I don't mind plugging it in the charger every day - I put my wireless mouse on charger stand, doesn't bother me (Logitech MX 700).

Dude, you want to flash this phone, TRUST ME! Just look on Howard's if you're looking for some incentive, everyone who posted their experience after flashing (including me) loved the results it produced and most wished they did it sooner. The difference between the two firmwares is like night and day, do yourself a favor and at least look into it, if you're THAT scared about messing with it you can send it to someone in Canada to do it for you but all you really need is a $10 cable on eBay.

the phone will come with a cable to connect to your pc, if you don't have bluetooth available. from there, you can put stuffs on your phone.

it is a great phone except some minor things I don't like. it is much better than my huge s710a.
