I'm looking to order the following display for PC/console gaming and HDTV:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/...2&Tpk=samsung%2bT200HD
The aspect ratio is 16x10 and the native resolution of the panel is 1680 x 1050, which is exactly what I want for PC gaming. The monitor has a built in ATSC tuner as well. When I have an HDTV channel on, or my XBOX360 is in use, which use standard 16x9 resolutions (1280x720, 1920x1080) will the image be upscaled to display in the native res? If it uses standard resolutions outside of the native, won't the image be distorted? Any education or assistance on the subject would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
