Samsung PC3200

Yes, it's decent RAM. Samsung represented high quality and performance back in the SDRAM days, but Winbond makes the best performing DDR chips.
 
Samsung is good memory. I do not know how far the memory will OC. I do not know too much about Winbond but I have heard it is good through other forums.
 
It's top notch memory and even on generic PCB will do it's rated the 200FSB without a sweat, however, some sticks don't like to be over volted without proper burn in
