Samsung now copying Apple Adverts

I have both a iPad and a Galaxy tab 8.9. Its wierd that people complain about Apple fanboys and RDF, but to be honest, I am almost turned off my Galaxy tab by the abusive attitubes off many of Android fanboys, grow up the lot of you! You might not agree with someones opinion but neither makes you correct or give you right to bully people.

You apparently haven't been around log enough, but fanboys in both corners act the same.

What I find even funnier is the people that don't understand that Samsung made money on every iDevice made for years since they built the SoC for them and supplied memory for a lot of them.

i think the samsung one looks much more like robot spongebob than the apple one...

and the argument is so old and over beaten that it hardly matters. every company copies. dont like it? write a sternly worded letter to whichever you feel the need to vent on, vote with your wallet and move on with life.

It's just a function of device thickness. In a thin device, you are going to have a wide flat connector to fit all the pins. But good luck explaining that to a barista who wants to believe that someone is copying his phone. 😀

Lg Prada was announced Dec 2006. The iPhone was announced January 2007.

Are you suggesting Apple created their phone in 1 month? The LG Prada OS ran on Flash….*vomit* and was completely unusable as a smartphone. Why people still compare the two devices I'll never know, maybe it makes them sleep better at night or something.

As for the advertisement, Samsung copied. Does that matter? Not to me, I don't care if Samsung does or not, but its funny to see fanatics deny it by bringing up irrelevant arguments.

It was announced in December 2006 but it already won a design award as early as September 2006.

Just because the head of LG said Apple copied doesn't make it so. The hardware of the iPhone and especially the software (iOS1) made the LG Prada look like a tonka toy. LG wished their Prada changed the landscape of smartphones, but it didn't. Its OS was terribad.

Wtf? Tonka makes some of the greatest toys. You fail at comparison.
