I thought it depended on what quality you have it set to. 3,000 pages on Economy Mode or 1,000 on Best mode. I'm pretty sure the same goes for the replacement toners.

The Samsung site says that the replacement cartridges are good for 3000 pages and that the printer ie shipped with a starter cartridge that is good for 1000 pages. Both page amounts are based on the same specs, according to them.

Thanks, I must've missed that. I don't think I've printed 1,000 pages on any printer I've owned at home, so chances are the toner will outlast the printer for me!

So... The starter cartridge (from the printer) is much much less tone than the replacement cartridge? Can someone check on that!

I sent the rebate company an email stating they missed the deadline for my rebate and they need to send it out or I would contact the FTC, 2 weeks later I have a reply saying my rebate was sent out on 03.15.06, about time!
