Samsung Magician Clears games to Desktop

Hello, I've been having problems with games continuously minimizing (clearing to desktop but not actually crashing) and I think I've narrowed it down to Samsung's Magician application that comes with their 840EVO SSD. And probably other drives too.

Has anybody had similar issues?

Happens on Stalker Call of Pripyat and Crysis 3. Haven't tried other games, but the problem is quite intermittent. Sometimes it happens every single second (which means I can't even get to the main screen) other times once every few minutes/hours.

I disabled the software since it doesn't really do anything worthwhile (it will only count the written data on startup) and it's running alright.
 
I havent heard of this issue yet. And there are many folks out there with the 840 Evo and Magician. But uninstall it, just in case.
