Samsung LCD or LG LCD?

I was considering Insignia or Westinghouse. But my budget has been increased so I'm now looking at the either the Samsung LN-T3732H or the LG 37LC7D. I already own a Samsung HDTV and I like their products. I've never owned an LG product. How do they rate? Several user reviews on CNET give the LGs a failing grade...
